Getting the book published has been a learning experience. Given that I’m basically looking down the barrel of seventy (and that I’m fairly impatient), I ultimately opted for self-publishing. What I didn’t expect was that producing a high-quality book would preclude making it available on Amazon and other retailers due to their expected markup of an already expensive item. So, because I wrote the book for people to actually read, I want to keep the cost as low as possible.

I’ll also be publishing an e-book version soon and will keep you updated.

Writing the book was another kind of learning experience. Facing sometimes stark realities, watching

myself slowly grow and change, keeping promises to myself, made the process both grueling and fascinating.

If one person feels encouraged, or inspired, or less alone, that will add to the satisfaction of seeing the project through. If one person laughs, or decides to look at an issue differently, I’ll be thrilled. So, please, share any and all feedback.
